Size Guide
Our unique tags are available in three sizes:
20mm tags are suitable for cats and small dogs such as Chihuahuas, Terriers, and puppies.
25mm tags are ideal for small to medium-sized dogs such as Dachshunds, Miniature Poodles, Cockerpoos, Schnauzers, and Spaniels.
30mm tags are recommended for large dogs such as Bulldogs, Collies, Dalmatians, Labradors, and Retrievers.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days before dispatch.
Once dispatched, orders are shipped via Royal Mail from the UK. Shipping times shown at checkout refer to delivery speed after dispatch, not processing time.
During busy periods, including sales and holidays, processing times may take a little longer.

Returns
We accept returns on non-personalised items.
Personalised pet tags are made to order and can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us with a photo and we’ll sort it quickly.
