Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations. You are entitled to goods that are as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.

No online exchanges – please place a new order for different sizes or colours.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging.

Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Detailed Policy

Cancellations and Returns

Cancel or return part or all of your order within 28 days.
Notify us within 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Faulty Goods

We encourage you to review our Product Care Guide for proper maintenance of The Stately Hound products.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if any item is found to be faulty within 30 days of receipt, we will offer a refund, exchange, or repair.
Beyond 30 days and up to six months, we will offer an exchange or repair if the fault is due to a manufacturing defect and not normal wear and tear.

Please note: We cannot be responsible for items misused or not cared for as per instructions. Extended warranties are not provided beyond statutory rights.
