Orders and personalisation

Can I change my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if personalisation, engraving, or dispatch hasn’t started yet.

Which products are personalised?

Only our dog tags are personalised and engraved. Collars, leads, and accessories are not personalised and are supplied as shown on the product page.

Do I need to choose a layout for personalised dog tags?

No. For personalised dog tags, we format and balance the engraving so it stays clear and readable. You simply enter the text you’d like.

Will engraving on personalised dog tags wear off?

No. Engraving on our personalised dog tags is permanent and designed to remain legible with everyday use.

Products and sizing

How do I choose the right size?

Each product includes sizing guidance on its product page. If you’re between sizes, choosing the larger option is usually best.

Are your products suitable for daily use?

Yes. Our products are designed for everyday wear and regular walks.

Will the product look exactly like the photos?

We aim to show products as accurately as possible. Natural materials and finishes may vary slightly, and personalised items are made individually.

Delivery

How long does dispatch take?

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days.

Who do you ship with?

We ship all orders via Royal Mail from the UK.

Do you offer free delivery?

Yes. Free UK delivery is available on orders over £50.

Returns and issues

Can I return a personalised dog tag?

Personalised dog tags can’t be returned unless there’s a fault.

Can I return non personalised items?

Yes. Non personalised items can be returned. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can advise the correct next steps.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us with a photo of the issue and we’ll sort it quickly.
