What is your refund policy?
We want you to love your purchase from The Stately Hound. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. Please note: for personalised products, we can only accept returns if they arrive damaged or defective.
