We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. This timeframe may be extended during peak seasons. Please note that our processing times are in addition to the estimated time frames based on the delivery method that you choose at checkout.

After placing your order, we will send you an email to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All delivery times below are working days after dispatch, and are in addition to our 2-3 working day making time. Services may be subject to change when you make your order.

FREE UK delivery on orders of £30 and over

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days. FREE on orders of £30 and over.

Paid options

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: 1-2 working days. From £3.99.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2-3 working days. From £3.49.
  • Standard Delivery: 1-2 working days, not tracked. £2.99 on orders under £30.
  • Next Day Delivery: 1 working day. £9.99.

Prices shown are for lighter orders such as tags and keyrings. Heavier orders are priced at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We strive to offer international shipping that’s simple and reliable. All international orders, including those to the EU, are dispatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Once your order arrives in the destination country, delivery will be handled by the local carrier in that country.

International Tracked: Signature may be required on delivery - £15.00 (7-15 working days*) via Royal Mail

Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays, and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas.

CUSTOMS

In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. If your item hasn't arrived 15 working days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us.

Please note that we have no control over any import duties and taxes which may be levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination, nor can we predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT EU AND NORTHERN IRELAND ORDERS

Due to changes in regulations, we’ve temporarily suspended all orders to the EU and Northern Ireland. While we work on a solution, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

DELAYS

Occasionally, factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or postal strikes, may delay your order. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss a revised delivery date. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us so we can assist.

Replacement Policy for Delayed Orders

If your order does not arrive within 10 working days beyond the expected delivery date, or tracking indicates a delay, we will initiate a replacement upon your request.

DELIVERY & PROMOTIONS

If you take advantage of a promotional code, the reduction is usually applied only to the price of the product and not the delivery cost. Our free UK delivery offer refers to our free Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.
