Our Tankerton black leather dog collar and lead set can be personalised with your dog's name hand-stamped into the leather, making your pup a truly designer dog.
Handcrafted in the UK from our Whitstable studio, each collar has been paired with a high-quality solid buckle, a D-ring for easy attachment to the matching leash and a strap loop - making it extremely durable whilst still retaining its sophisticated style.
Over time, this vegetable-tanned leather collar and lead set will become even more beautiful with age, developing a unique patina that comes from the natural oils from your dog's coat.

Leather is a natural material so you may find the surface shows some minor variations in colour or even the occasional small imperfection.
Colours shown on your screen may not be a true indication of shade but are very close.
Please note, as this collar has been naturally dyed we advise against purchasing this collar for white, or light coloured dogs as the dye may run if the collar becomes saturated. If the collar does become wet whilst on a walk you'll need to allow the collar to dry naturally before reusing.

Do:
- Apply a small amount of leather wax to the collar periodically to maintain and protect it.
- Let the collar air dry naturally if it gets damp.
- Be aware that leather is a natural product, so slight color variations and imperfections are to be expected. These characteristics only add to its uniqueness.
Don't:
- Do not expose the collar to excessive water. This can make the leather brittle, affect its smoothness, and stain it.
- Our collars are vegetable-tanned, which means they have not been treated with chemicals. This is beneficial for your dog, as it reduces the risk of irritation. However, it also means that the collars are not waterproof. Do not allow your dog to swim while they are wearing the collar.
Please note that we recommend not choosing our red or navy blue leather collars for light or white-furred dogs.
