PROCESSING TIME
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 working days. If you need your order urgently please contact us. The delivery services below do not include our processing time.

Tracked Delivery is priced by parcel weight, so heavier orders may show a higher rate at checkout. All delivery times are working days after dispatch and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Tracked, £15.00 (7-15 working days). A signature may be required on delivery.
All international orders are despatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, so any import duties and taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
Due to changes in regulations, we have temporarily suspended all orders to the EU and Northern Ireland.
DELAYS
Occasionally, factors beyond our control, such as severe weather or postal strikes, may delay your order. If this happens, we will contact you to discuss a revised delivery date. If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us so we can assist.

Replacement Policy for Delayed Orders:
If your order does not arrive within 10 working days beyond the expected delivery date, or tracking indicates a delay, we will initiate a replacement upon your request.
