How to Measure your Dog for a Leather Dog Collar
With a measuring tape, measure around your dog's neck where the collar would naturally sit, inserting a couple of your fingers underneath the tape for comfort. This measurement will allow you to select the most appropriate sized collar from the size range listed next to each collar size.
For example, if your dogs neck is 34cm, then you would select a 'medium' dog collar as the size range is from 31.5cm - 39cm.

DO
- Apply a little leather wax from time to time to help preserve and protect the leather
- Allow to dry naturally should the leather become wet
- Remember, leather is a natural material, the surface may show minor variations in colour or even the occasional small imperfection - this just adds to its charm!
DON'T
- Allow the leather to be saturated in water as this could cause the leather to lose its supple quality and turn brittle, as well as mark the leather

All international orders are despatched on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
Once your order arrives at its destination country, the delivery will be handled by the local carrier in that country.
REST OF WORLD
International Tracked: Signature may be required on delivery - £15 (7 - 15 days*) via Royal Mail
* Days refer to working days (Monday-Friday) and exclude the day of posting, Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK and overseas.
CUSTOMS
In some cases, local customs can introduce delivery delays that are out of our control. If your item hasn't arrived after 15 working days after receiving your order confirmation, please contact us.
